The food truck business is highly regulated and there are many requirements to operate a food truck legally.
If you are a food truck operator, please click on the link below to upload your documents to the food truck database. All documents must be uploaded in order to become a certified and approved food truck vendor for the event. All food trucks are inspected for compliance at 11:00 am on the day of the event. You will not be allowed to participate if ALL the documents have been received and are currently valid.
